Taxonea Database

Taxonea is an open phylogenetic database tracking species across the entire tree of life, down to individual genetic lineages. This module adds the ability to log which institutions currently maintain, clone, or care for each lineage—supporting both clonable organisms (like cultivated lines or microbes) and non-clonable species (like animals). It also accepts user reports on propagation, cultivation, and care practices, making it a collaborative, living archive of how life is preserved and shared.
